Flowserve interview questions

I set up phone Screening phone interview after receiving an email. This was for position out of Lynchburg, Virginia. Recruiter calls up with no notice at 9 am in the morning while I am getting prescriptions due to flu. I completed interview. He said they would call within a week or email to set up one on one interview with hiring manager. He never called back.. I had to email several times to get a response.
