Two 1-on-1 interviews among other evaluation procedure; one from HR, the other from an engineer. Both basically only inquired about working in groups and leadership. They assume anybody who gets invited past the first round of 1-on-1 campus interviews is techincally qualified to do the engineering jobs. The two days were basically evaluating your work in groups, leadership qualities, and if you'll fit in with the group.
Seems like a good company interested mostly in selling their products, servicing them, and manufacturing efficiently. One of the higher-ups at the recruitment event said there wasn't much "organic growth" in the industry, so the impression I got was that most new technology and innovation comes from acquiring other companies rather than internally.
