Easy nothing special, they interview smart people to give them direction in the business. some are clueless but you have to keep on going to the end. very quick to get you an offer but read it and compare it to other option you have on hand
Very formal interview everyone was dressed nice. Be prepared and do research. Remember to bring a pen and paper. The interview took around a hour. Went trough three different interviews.
