Interview
Phone Screen and then interview with the hiring manager. The interview was through zoom. The manager wanted my video to be shown, but did not reciprocate and display theirs. I felt this was rude and disrespectful. The job description and phone screen did not match with what the job requirements were, for the hiring manager. The hiring manager must have felt that the interview was a waist of her time, because her attitude during the interview reflected it. She was condescending and disrespectful. To be honest I am glad I was not made an offer. The interview process gives you a window into the culture of the company and that is not somewhere I would have liked to work.
