Flex interview questions

After online application, got call for interview. first round is Aptitude (difficulty level average) followed by 2 round of interview, one with TL and another with Manager. Once get shortlisted finally discussion with HR on joining availability. this process takes usually whole day, but in some cases it took 2 days. After getting selected, it take some time to get joining date, in my case it took 3 months, with my fellow friends they got even delayed by 6 months.

Efficient process that commenced with a phone screen with internal recruiter to determine general suitability for the role, understand your current circumstances and salary expectations.
