Interview
Applied online and heard from a recruiter shortly after. I had an initial phone interview with an HR Manager who was very informative and welcoming. The next day I was scheduled for an in person interview with that same manager and the director of HR, and the interview went great. I could tell right away that these were the people I wanted to work with and this was the company I wanted to work for. They didn't call me back for a few weeks, but when they did it was to extend an offer so it was a pleasant surprise.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flex (Tijuana, Baja California) in Apr 2021
Interview
Entrevista sencilla, fue virtual, una entrevista que duró aproximadamente una hora. Tuve que declinar la oferta ya que la lejanía del lugar y la compensación que recibiría no compartía con mis gastos.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flex (Austin, TX)
Interview
The interview process was a month long. I first had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a phone screen with a peer that the role would be working with. Then I waited at least a week to be set up for a FIVE hour in person interview. Then it took two plus weeks and multiple unanswered emails to be told they were no longer looking to hire for the team. If I wasn't a fit, fine let me know but to say your are no longer hiring for the role is unprofessional at best. What a terrible experience.
