Flex Human Resource interview questions

Explain about self, panel good, they ask me you can do work or not, and last i asked this job good or not, where last time working, and explain detail abiut last job

The interview process was a month long. I first had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a phone screen with a peer that the role would be working with. Then I waited at least a week to be set up for a FIVE hour in person interview. Then it took two plus weeks and multiple unanswered emails to be told they were no longer looking to hire for the team. If I wasn't a fit, fine let me know but to say your are no longer hiring for the role is unprofessional at best. What a terrible experience.
