I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fitch Ratings
Interview
applied online, filled out app form, heard back after over 2 months, invited to complete online assessments. Took well over 4 months for them to let me know i had passed the online assesments, e-mailed a fair few times in between to check whether I had passed the assessments, sometimes i got a response, sometimes i didn't. When i did i was told i would find out in another 2 weeks, which didn't happen, e-mailed again after 2 weeks and was told the exact same thing. Finally found out I had passed the online assessments and had a telephone interview with a senior director, which i passed. Was invited to assessment centre, day consisted of a presentation to members of the SF team, two on one interview and a written exercise. Written exercise and presentation were fine. As for the interview.... one of the interviwers was pretty brash, and really looked as if he didn't want to be there, he was slouched back in his chair the whole time and had an extremely dull tone and demenour.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fitch Ratings (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
The recruiter was very nice. The questions were composed off half technicals and half behaviorals. Nothing too difficult though. The phone screen lasted for 30 minutes. The recruiter then laid out their entire hiring process at the end. Still waiting for result from the phone interview.
