I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fiserv (Noida) in Jun 2018
Interview
I had the worst interview experience in my career of 6 years yet. Interview process was so slow, I had reached there at 11am, and i got interviewed at 4pm. Management was really bad. There were around 150 candidates and i guess only 1 or 2 had reached till HR round even though Interviewers had asked the most basic questions and everyone i met there had the same opinion that their interview went fine as the questions were basic and they could answer. Still, they were not selecting anyone. One of the female candidate i met, luckily was selected for 2nd round which was Managerial round and as she had started looking for job after her maternity leaves in her current company so she was just asked if she will be able to take late calls which was at 7pm, to which she had said yes i can, still they didn't take her stating that girls with kids don't give their time to projects. Everyone present there was completely exhausted by the end of the day and none get through the process.
I don't understand the point of calling so many people for interview and not selecting anyone. And the reasons they gave were so lame.
