Fiserv Tech Lead interview questions

There were two technical round, one from India team another from UK team(BOTH RUNNING FOR AN HOUR). After it there was third round of techno manager(ALMOST 1 HOUR) , more over technical side and lesser manager questions. There interview process was good and covered all aspects. During interview they talked so big about the company and their product that you too want to be part of it. In hr round, I was asked to give docs and provided that on time. But later they stopped picking calls. Hr didn't had a spine to say that you were deselect due to xyz reason. All I knew was that such thing happen before hrround, but it happened after submitting docs. NOT SURE WHY COMPANY LIKE FISERVE DID THIS, BUT THEY SHOULD BEHAVE MORE PROFESSIONALLY BUT NOT LIKE SOME SMALL PRIVATE FIRM.

Interview process was good and 2 technical rounds happened and as HR was on leave they told they will contact later. Which they didn't? Why waste time if you don't give offer? No communication as well. Unprofessional guys
