Fiserv Customer Service Representative interview questions

Submitted application online. Emailed invitation from HR for an interview a few weeks later for a call center position. The in-person interview was approximately 30 minutes of mostly small talk and usual "how would your handle a client in this situation" questions. Received a phone offer same day.
