There were 3 rounds, process lasted for 4 weeks. First, HR called to talk about role, and see if there was an overlap between skillset and job requirements. Then the info was forwarded to hiring manager who decided to talk with me. This was an hour long interview that covered background, aptitude, logic and case type questions. The last round was in person, 2 interviews and then one final talk with VP. They do not pay for commute to their office location.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fiserv (Dublin, OH) in Jul 2015
Interview
The interview process included a meeting with the manager and a team meeting. All employees and manager were very easy to talk to and interview was more of a conversation than an interview full of questions.

Question 1
Typical questions were asked about my experience with being a BA and Agile.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fiserv in Jun 2013
Interview
1. Phone screen with a recruiter.
2. Phone screen with a senior team member. Typically a 30 minute conversation.
3. Face to face interview. My interview was two hours and involved four interviewers. Hour one was with the two managers on the team. A lot of scenario questions (What would you do if....) and tell me about your experience type questions. I recommend researching about the industry and product to ask questions.
Hour two was with the Director of the department and the operations lead. Very conversational. This will take 30+ minutes. Prepare to ask question.
I don't think my interview went extremely well. It took them a while to get back to me but I did get the job.
