Received a phone call from this location’s hiring person. I had expressed interest in an online posting. This location is very short staffed. It has a union contract for drivers but pay is so low that the site must offer a bigger and bigger sign on bonus to get drivers.

Very basic questions like can you tolerate complaining parents and rowdy kids? Are you ok working in a union job? They are desperate for drivers here as pay is low and turnover high.

Very easy questions, very fast process. The interviewer was a very pleasant person. They tell you what is expected of you. You will get training in all the different transportation vehicles.
