They hype you up and make you think you got the job after multiple rounds just to ghost you and not even reply to your emails or even send an automated rejection. This happened to both myself and other person who I am close with who was interviewing. At least send people a update email instead of ghosting them after multiple rounds of interviews. HR doesn’t even reply to follow up emails…
