Family First Life interview questions

I was called by Family First because I recently got my accident, health, and life licenses. They scheduled a phone call interview with me a few days later. They told e they are hiring in my state and explained I would have to buy leads, anywhere from $2 to $30 per lead. I was told I could expect to spend $300 per week on leads but should easily make 3 sales per week with a minimum of $500 earned each (100% commission). I was offered the job over the phone. I said I needed a few days to think it over and find out more about the company. I'm finding a lot of negative reviews out there so plan to decline.
