FIS interview questions

Interviewed with HR, in person interview with team of 3 and presentation round. Typical pre-sales role interview. The interview panel was great and told me to wait for 2 weeks to hear back. Few months passed by and even after few follow-ups, did not hear back from either recruiter or hiring manager. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

The process took a day and was selected. The hiring HR seems to be confused. She called me up post interview that that want a candidate who can join early which was not mentioned prior interview. They will call you up to discuss and keep the offer on hold Everytime.
