I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at FIS (New Britain, CT) in May 2018
Interview
A peer of mine worked there and submitted me internally. An HR rep contacted me and encouraged me to apply. After the second round interview, the Manager literally told me "don't worry, you've got the job" as he was walking me out. Following up the next week, HR told me they had more interviews scheduled and hadn't made a decision. HR continued to tell me this for five weeks until the sixth week when HR called me and said they were still very much interested in me and would like to conduct a third round interview. At the end of the third round interview, the Manager (the same Manager who told me I had the job after the second round interview) thanked me and told me he would confer with the other interviewer and would make a decision,.Two more weeks passed with HR either ghosting me or telling me they had not made a decision. Finally, after eight weeks, I asked HR if they might know if they might be making a decision that week. At the end of the eighth week, HR informed me that they were probably going to go with a candidate with a different skill set.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at FIS in Mar 2018
Interview
First step was a short phone interview with the manager. The second step was face-to-face interviews with managers and senior developers. As a final step I received a programming task which I had 48 hours to solve at home.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at FIS (Salto, São Paulo)
