Short, direct interview. Wanted to know my experience. Subject matter expertise, project and management experience. Size, scope, complexity. Interview was very direct and to the point. Ended up discussing hot topics in the industry.
About experience and pitfalls experienced. Especially in captive center operations and support. Team management, team building, skill and competency building, practise building etc
