FIS Director interview questions

It was a two way conversation. I was asked about my experience and what I would bring to the company. I was able to meet multiple people in the team. The interview process was short and I had an offer within a few weeks.

It was a direct interview with a VP that really went positively. However post that there were no feedback shared. Either positive or negative, a good organization must make sure results are conveyed to candidates and they not should not be kept in the dark as to what next!
