FIS Consultant interview questions

2 personal fit interviews and 1 technical interview with line managers. The first interview was just general interview questions about my background and experiences and the second revolved around company values and any job experience that is relevant to the job function. The technical interview was with a few stakeholders from the department, questions related to fintech (so finance and technology related).

First interview was five minutes long and didn’t get interview with hiring manager. Seemed too short to get a real feel for a candidate. If not a right fit after a five minute call, they might not have the right screening process.
