Interview
2 personal fit interviews and 1 technical interview with line managers. The first interview was just general interview questions about my background and experiences and the second revolved around company values and any job experience that is relevant to the job function. The technical interview was with a few stakeholders from the department, questions related to fintech (so finance and technology related).

Was a direct interview based on CV experience, asked behavioral questions, and what would you include in a test plan and when would you choose a test plan over a test strategy? . Overall was a normal interview.

Online application followed by first stage interview. Questions about experience on CV and projects worked on as well as how experience was applicable to role I was applying for. The 2 interviewers were managers.

after the online application there is a phone screening, to casually chat. and then an email follow up from the recruiter.
