I was contacted by them through my university's recruiting process. I was interviewed on-campus the following week, with positive feedback within a week. I spent two months waiting for a response but was notified that the position I was being considered for had been filled.

Interview
There are 2 rounds in total, excluding HR screening. First round need to submit CV to the Exxon website in late July. If selected for first round of interview, will be invited for a networking session with the employees of Exxon in late August. After which, there will be a first round interview in late September. First round is with junior engineers, while second round is with the managers. First round is mostly questions on past experiences and interest in the oil and gas sector + where you see yourself in 5 years. Second round is more situational questions, and they were looking for leadership experiences.

Interview
I applied through my college's recruitment website. Got accepted for the interview. I thought it was very straight forward, no questions that caught me off guard except maybe why I wanted to be a chemical engineer. The lady was nice, and they were quick to get back to me with a nice rejection letter.
