I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Norman, OK) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied through my college's recruitment website. Got accepted for the interview. I thought it was very straight forward, no questions that caught me off guard except maybe why I wanted to be a chemical engineer. The lady was nice, and they were quick to get back to me with a nice rejection letter.

Question 1
Name a time you had to change your approach to a problem
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
