Went to meet and greet on campus, talked to them at the career fair. Had a first-round, on-campus interview that lasted for 45 minutes. That interview consisted of just behavioral questions and tried to get a gauge of what work I was interested in. Within a week I had a 30 minutes phone call screening that was also behavioral. Then 2+ weeks later got an email saying I was getting flown to Houston for a final round of interviews. The email gave my no indication about the role I was interviewing for but only said it was downstream. There were also multiple travel coordinators replying to my emails, so it was pretty confusing.
Final round of interviews were 3, 1 hour interviews with potential people you would work with, and then a final meeting with the hiring manager. I found out when I got there that I was interviewing for the commercial side (which was not something I specified I was interested in). Yet, I had to act excited and give them reasons I wanted the job. The interview ranged from casual to very probing questions. They were quick about the rejection which was considerate (less than 24 hours). Just wish I was told earlier about the specific position I was going for.
