Face to face interview was arranged after I passed codility test. The interview can be separated into 3 separate session. The first and second session are with two technical team lead who understand the required skillset for the job and the third session is with hiring manager.
The first session focus on the codility test and best practices on writing a Java application. The second session focus on the Java fundamental questions. The third session is dialogue with hiring manager, discussing about Experian, business unit, the product they are working on, etc. All session was conducted in one day.
