There were three rounds of interviews. The first was a screening, the second focused on job-specific skills as well as experience, and the last combined job-specific questions with behavioral assessments. Surprisingly, after the final round, they requested documents such as the last three months' salary slips, the current offer letter, and identification documents, but then went silent. While ghosting by hiring managers and recruiters is common, it typically occurs in the early stages. Being ghosted after the final round and document submission was quite unexpected and reflects poorly on their professional conduct.
