Interview
After applying, a recruiter reached out to me to schedule an initial phone interview. She asked questions and then said I met the hiring criteria. Then, I had a Zoom video interview with the head of the marketing department to get to know each other a little. They scheduled me for a third and final "interview" which was a Zoom video call with their creative team so that the entire team could ask me questions and gauge if I was a good fit. Several business days after the third interview, I received an email politely thanking me for my time and notifying me they decided to hire someone else. I felt welcomed, respected, and excited throughout the entire process. Their team seemed great, asked good questions, and really knew what they were looking for. Seems like a quality company to work for.
