I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Experian (Mumbai) in May 2012
Interview
I was briefly interviewed by the head of Sales who was extremely courteous and polite. I was then invited to do a presentation to three senior people. We spent close to 60 minutes and the panel was extremely detailed and covered many scenarios.
Over all I think that the interview process was professional and covered a wide range of topics. It was done keeping in mind that the candidate would be interacting with very senior people in banks etc. and therefore had to be smart, presentable with an eye for detail.
The interview process convinced me that I wanted to work there. I am sad that my initial impression of the company was so badly ruined after I started working there.
The nice guys with no political DNA were taken to task repeatedly and humiliated. A case in point was the sales head who was a very nice and hands on guy but he was forced to resign later on.

Second stage was director

Interview
A long day of interviews with 5 people, which wasn't a problem, but they were not as specific as they could have been in answering MY questions - make sure you get VERY specific about what you will be doing.
