Experian interview questions

Very cold non approachable didn't make you feel at ease so couldn't do your best An hour long didn't really ask about skills Questions weren't suited to the role applied for

Unfortunately I only made it to an "informal" phone interview (by what seemed to be a third party,) so I couldn't shine any light on the rest of the hiring process. I was surprised when I had been asked if was free for a quick chat over the phone regarding the position I had applied for. As it turned out this was more than a "quick chat" and felt way more formal by the phrasing of the questions I had been asked. I was totally caught off guard by this. Also I had only ducked out of work to briefly take this call. No forewarning that this was stage one! A quick courtesy email to let me know somebody will/may call would have been great!
