Drug test and interview nothing more it's all based on race and favoritism I don't recommend working here and theirs no encouragement from the managers they only threaten to shut down production and tell you that they know things aren't gonna get better

Very smooth. First step was meeting on site with HR representatives. The process was laid back and comfortable. Asked the typical questions. Was notified promptly of acceptance to the internship program. Great communication, fast replies and overall a good experience.
