Evonik interview questions

I had only one interview for this position.They asked me about my education backround,my experience in the field of chemistry as well.Furthermore I was asked about how I reacted as chemist in different problems, which appeared in my previous jobs.I am waiting for the next interview.

It was a preliminary phone screening followed by an on-site interview. In the first round, the group manager asked basic questions including my work experience and strengths, weaknesses etc. The on-site interview was conducted by two different groups immediately.
