Phone screen and on-site. The process took about two weeks. It is relatively easy. Just be prepared to talk about your background and show your analytical skills when it comes to problem solving.

First round was an HR phone interview. Very relaxed questions were not difficult. Next round was in person interview with three different high up people in the company. Felt more like a conversation than an interview. Everyone was very nice and it was a very smooth process.
