Everforth Apex Systems Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

1 Phone screen with a recruiter and then an onsite interview. About an hour and a half long. Questions about personality, work experience, and different situations. Typically two managers-each about 45 minutes.

Very laid-back process. There was an initial interview with a recruiter, followed by an onsite interview with the hiring manager and the team. It was 1:1 with the Manager for the first 20-30 minutes- very basic interview questions. After that sat down with a couple of the team members who went over their roles and asked me a few basic questions. Also spent an hour or so shadowing someone to get a better feel for what the job entails and ask questions.
