Was very comfortable and skill focused, firstly had an interview with the manager which was very informing and later got to meet the workers. got an offer at the end but declined because i got a higher paid alternative.

They asked me to present myself and my current experience; after a brief introduction, they asked me some questions regarding customer experience, soft and hard skills, and then about spoken languages.
