Essilor Supervisor interview questions

Completely useless questions, not related to position, just standard HR jargon and no care what the candidate knowledge is, basically , just filling in the position. HR interview over the phone was ridiculous basic and irrelevant to the position, just genereic questions being read from a list of questions.
