Ergeon interview questions

The first interview was with the CTO, he told me about the company, his previous experiences, vision, and goals. He asked me about my career plan and some technical questions. For example, which tech stack will you chose to create a new solution? After the first interview, the CTO introduced me to the Head of Engineering. Then, I had two more interviews. One with a Software Engineer and one with a Senior Software Engineer. Both interviews were about technical questions. Then, I had another interview with the Head Of Engineering. We discuss my experience in the previous interviews and then I received some feedback from the company. We discuss the first offer. After that, I started the Bootcamp period. The Bootcamp requires 20 hours a week for two weeks. The Bootcamp was paid according to the previous offer. Finally, at the end of the Bootcamp period, I got a new contract as a Software Engineer.

First step was with HHRR and had a great experience. Second step was with my Manager. Had a great time. After that they notified me via Email. 2 hours after my last interview ended.
