I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Equifax (Heredia) in Sep 2021
Interview

Question 1
Behavioral questions with emphasis on working within teams.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Equifax in Feb 2022
Interview
I was contacted by an outsourced recruiter who scheduled a 30-minute call with me.
Then I had a 30-45 minute call with the Equifax recruiter to learn more and introduce myself (standard get to know you questions).
Followed by 2 more 30-45 minute interviews with a member of the team and the hiring manager. They were very good at letting me ask questions about how my skills will fold into the role and where I think I'll need some polishing. It was very conversational. Standard interview - no surprises or trick questions. They really just wanted to get to know me and where I was coming from/wanting to go in my career.
Overall it was a very average process - not hard nor easy.
Beware - it took a month and 1/2 to get through everything so prepare for that. communication on their part could have been better about the amount of time it would take.
