The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Feb 2011
Interview
The interview was almost exactly as it has been described on this site. Almost all the questions are sales-driven. The very first question was "tell me about a time you had to deal with an angry customer." Overall it was a very straight-forward, down to business interview. I tried the best I could to initiate some small talk and conversation, but it was hard to do.
The job posting said it's for all college graduates, no matter what degree you have. I recently graduated with a business degree from a major institution. Even though I know I am very qualified for the position, since I did not have any sales experience, it seemed like she basically wrote me off right from the get-go.

Interview
I first applied with enterprise in february and after a month a recruiter finally contacted me. I then had a phone interview with questions such as describe your sales experience and why do you want to work for enterprise. After that I was invited to an interview at their corporate office, which for me was a three hour drive one way, even though I was applying for a position in my local area. At the interview the recruiter was very nice and informational about the company. Questions asked included, name an ambious goal you had in the past, describe a time you had to overcome an objection of someone else, name a time when you missed a deadline, what strengths/weakness do you bring to the sale position, and what do you know about the company( make sure to do your research ahead of time)'/why do you want to work for enterprise. The recruiter was very upfront about this being a sales position and customer service. After about a week, I was emailed and said that the company was pursuing other canidates for the position.

Interview
This was a total and complete waste of my time. They have a 4 or 5 stage interview process and they takes WEEKS to call you back in for the next interview. It was absolutely ridiculous how cheap and expendable they made me feel, as if my time was worth nothing.
