Interview
Applied for position online from Indeed. The HR department sent an email to confirm a phone interview. In the phone interview, I told her about my experience working in a call center. I was instructed to take a skills assessment at CareerSource before interviewing at the call center. The interview at the call center went well. The interviewers were friendly and professional. I was pretty nervous. After, the interview I sat down with an agent and listened to some calls. A couple weeks later I was called and offered the position and asked to do background check.
