I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Feb 2024
Interview
The process was very relaxed. The interviewer had questions for me and allowed me to ask any questions I may have had. I didn't feel rushed with time. It was like I had control over the interview, in a good way.
Straight forward interview process. They asked situational questions to ensure you have sales and customer service skills. They made me feel comfortable during the process by having me come into the branch and see the operation.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
The application process consists of two interviews: One 25-30 minute call with a member of the recruitment team followed by a branch visit and interview with the area manager.
The application process as a whole is smooth, with the emphasis placed on your branch visit. During the initial MS Teams call, the recruiter was very affable and will help put any nerves to bed. Make sure you research as much as possible about the history and workings of Enterprise and how they inspire you, and talk about your experience in customer service and make sure you talk about your people skills.
The branch visit is the most important part of the whole process as you'll meet the Area Manager and the rest of the work team and you'll shadow a member of the team for an hour or so. Ask lots of questions and engage with everyone. The final interview lasts an hour, and will be similar to your initial interview over Teams with the recruiter. This stage is also important as it'll be a chance for you to see whether or not you think you'd enjoy working there.
Everybody I met were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and its easy to tell that they truly enjoy their jobs and that they want to find people who will share similar enthusiasm, ambition and drive.
