The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Springdale, AR) in Jun 2025
Interview
Went through an initial phone interview, which is exactly the same as the 2nd and final interview. The second one takes place at the branch you'll work at, and feels more personal and decides if you meet the regional manager. In my instnace, I had to drive a 500 mile round trip for the final interview and was later informed I didn't get the job with no explanation. I reached out, and recieved no response till I got an automated message from a job board and reached out again.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
