I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Kamloops, BC) in May 2025
Interview
There are a total of three interview stages, although I personally completed only two. Overall, the experience was positive. As long as you’re well-prepared and do your research, the interviews should go smoothly.
The first interview is conducted by a Recruitment Specialist—mine was held online via Zoom. The second stage involves an in-store visit for observation, followed by an in-person interview with the Area Manager. Most of the questions are behavioral, and they’re definitely looking for candidates who are flexible and open to relocating in the future for a potential Branch Manager role.
The Management Trainee position is designed to prepare you to independently manage a branch, so they seek individuals who are motivated and eager to grow quickly within the company. Dressing professionally for all interviews is essential.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
