Entrevista muy completa con diferentes fases. La más profunda es con el jefe de área, siempre con una prueba de venta y otra de inglés. Lo demás es una primera con el reclutador y una final con el jefe, pero si pasas la de area lo tienes hecho

The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.

Why you want to work there, Why they should hire you, How you handle pressure/conflict, etc.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.
