Interview
It was good. Simple Questions regarding previous experience in Customer Service or Sales. Focused questions on more about teamwork and l e a d e r s h i p.

3. No DUI or Violations?
4. Tell about a time when you upsold something?
5. Tell about a tight schedule and how do you manage it?
6. What was your best achievement and what did you do to get that?
7. Talk about your experience?
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
