I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2022
Interview
Thorough interview process. Look at the company page and know them well! Founding values are very important. Additionally, I would look up how the company started and go from there. Have a basis of all of that and you should be good. If you've had any type of interview before and felt that you've done well. You will probably do well for this interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview questions are very general. Future plans, why Enterprise, etc. I do not think my interview surpasses 30 minutes. The people who interviewed me were very welcoming. Could tell I would grow with the company.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
