Interview
3 stages of interviews - first is online with a member of HR, second is in-person with the Area Manager of the respective branch you applied to, third is online with the Group Rental Manager.

Question 1
Most questions revolved around wanting to see your customer service skills. For example, conflict resolution, going above and beyond customer’s expectations, building positive customer relationships, assisting customer with unique needs/a challenge you’re unfamiliar with.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person

Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
