I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Minneapolis, MN) in Nov 2013
Interview
I was contacted by an Enterprise recruiter after posting my resume on a job site. There was an initial screening interview that lasted maybe 10 minutes. At the end of the phone call, a 1 on 1 interview with an HR rep was scheduled in the corporate office. At the end of this interview, a 2 hour interview/job shadowing was scheduled for the next week. For an hour, I followed an Assistant Manager at an actual Enterprise location, and concluded the process with an hour long interview with the Branch Manager and Area Manager.

Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
