I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Oct 2013
Interview
There is a three/four part interview process you must go through first. Your first interview is with an Talent Acquisition Specialist. There job is to groom you for the next interview, so this is the person who is likely on side. Second interview is with an area manager. This interview last about two hours. The first hour you get behind the counter and watch the other people work. Afterwards the area manager will interview you, so make friends with the employees. Last interview is with an VP or regional manager. They give the final say so.

Question 1
Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
