I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The hiring process was very long for what you end up actually doing. One month to interview with a college education just to wash cars and pick people up and work 55 hours and 6 days a week. It needs to be shortened.

You studied (blank) in college, how will that help in the business world?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!
