Two phone interviews, bother interviewers telling me that I did not have to upgrade my internet service to meet their requirements until after I was conditionally offered a position. Then I got called on a Tuesday, told I had until Thursday to reply and before I even was out of bed on Thursday an email was waiting saying I was removed from consideration because I did not meet the internet requirements. The interviewers were great, standard questions about how you'd handle specific customer issues, but the hiring process and misleading information is ridiculous. If the information is mishandled during the potential hiring process, it's frightening to think how things would work for a work at home position where communication via phone and internet would be such a major part of your success.
